  • WHAT DO MY FEES INCLUDE?

The fees shown are for tuition and for examination fees where appropriate. There may be costs during the course for books and materials. In some circumstances these may be available from your course tutor or the college at an additional cost.

  • HOW CAN I PAY FOR A COURSE?

Payment can be made at the centre by cash, cheque or by credit/debit card online through the College enrolment site. The correct fee must be paid in full at time of enrolment except for courses over £100, in which case 2 equal installments will be accepted. For courses over £150, we will accept 3 equal installment payments. Places on courses will not be reserved for learners pending receipt of correct fee/documents, but learners will be contacted to resolve problems.

  • MUST I TAKE AN EXAM OR ASSESSMENT?

If you are enrolling on a course leading to a qualification you will be expected to take the examination/assessment at the appropriate time. Examination/assessment costs are charged at the time of enrolment and are non refundable.

  • CAN I GET A REFUND?

Fee refunds will only be given where the learner notifies the college in writing two weeks before the start date of the course. An administration fee of £20.00 will be charged for processing the refund.

Where the college closes a course, all learners will be given a full refund. In the event of a course closure, the administration fee will not be charged to the learner. Where the College changes the published details of a course, those learners for whom the course is no longer suitable will receive a full refund, without being charged an administration fee.

No refund will be given in any other circumstances.
